TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Delivery is FREE throughout Italy.
Shipments will be made by express courier within 2 working days.
Foreign shipments have a cost of € 20.
The order is generally shipped within 48 hours from the confirmation email for Ready to Wear garments.
For bespoke or personalized garments, additional:
7 working days for packaging Ready to Wear garments
15/20 working days for packaging for Haute Couture garments
any delays will be communicated by our customer service by email or telephone.
Delivery will take place at the address indicated in the order form. We suggest to report a place that is always manned by someone or to report any closing times.
If the delivery is not successful, a second attempt will be made in agreement with the customer.
During the sales period, shipments may be slightly delayed.
An invoice can be requested by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, the invoice issuing procedure will be activated (upon payment only) within 2 days of the order.
The request must contain the following data: name and surname or company name, full residence or tax domicile and the tax code or VAT number if necessary. Also include the order number for which you are requesting an invoice and your e-mail address associated with the account.
RETURN FOR EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The exchange or return of Haberi Haute Couture products is free. (excluding foreign shipments, which will have the same cost of shipping).
The ordered products can be returned within 30 working days.
The items must be returned in their original condition, including the box. They must not show any signs of wear.
The return of the purchased product within the terms indicated above replaces, to all effects, the written communication provided for by Article 52 of Legislative Decree no.21 of 21 February 2014.
It is possible to replace the product with another one of your choice in a different color or size or of an equivalent amount, or request a refund.
The refund will be made within fourteen (14) business days and will be made via the method used to make the payment.
You can request the return form by sending an email to email@example.com.
In the form you will have to specify the code of the returned items, the reason for the return and choose between the refund option, or the product replacement option, indicating in the first case the data necessary for the refund, in the second case the item or items that you wish to receive as a replacement.
CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS, MADE TO MEASURE OR ON SALE ARE NOT SUBJECT TO THE RETURN POLICY. HOWEVER, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO REQUEST, IF NECESSARY, AN FURTHER CHANGE TO THE ITEM, WHICH WILL BE MADE AT THE COST OF THE PROCESSING.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We constantly update our online catalog but overlapping orders may occur due to delays in updating the system. If the item purchased is not really available for immediate shipment, we will contact you to inform you of the options available to you. In case of cancellation of the order, you will be refunded within 48 working hours.
